Planting Christmas Trees
When do we plant Christmas Trees? We always plant in the late Fall to Winter, anytime between November and February. This year we are working hard to get the seedlings in the ground in November, as soon as the nursery has them ready to go. We’ll be planting a variety of Noble Firs, Cedars and Douglas Firs for Christmas trees as well as timber. Every year we have planted in the range of 2,000 to 5,000 trees so we are always planting many more trees than what actually leaves the Christmas Tree Farm.
