Christmas Tree Care in Your Home

We want you to enjoy your Sunny Day Tree Farm Christmas Tree for as long as possible.  The Pacific Northwest Christmas Tree Association recommends that you place your tree away from heat sources when you take it home.  It’s a good idea to keep it away from heating vents, fireplaces, wood stoves, television sets or sunny windows.  The “cooler” the better for your tree, this includes as little lighting as possible.  Be sure to keep the water fresh and water it a lot during the first 24 hours (that’s when it will drink the most water).

Another tip?  Make a fresh cut just before you take it inside and place it in the tree stand. These tips should help keep your Christmas Tree as fresh as possible for as long as possible.  Enjoy your Christmas Tree and Merry Christmas!

  3. This is probably one of the best mentions of this topic I’ve seen in quite a while. It’s obvious that your knowledge of the subject is deep and this made for a very interesting read.

  4. Hey this post is nice and interesting. I’ll use it for my essay :) . Can you say to me some related articles I could use too? – Pregnancy symptoms week by week

  5. Hey. I wanted to drop you a rapid note in order to communicate my own thanks. I have been following your web site for a month or so and have picked out up a great deal of very good information as well as enjoyed the way you have organized your own web site. I am trying to run my very own web log but I believe it is way too typical and I want to concentrate much more on smaller subject areas. Being all things to all people is not all that its cracked up to be.

  6. Interesting post. Thank you for mentioning that when setting your tree, it should be kept in a cool area away from fireplaces and sunny windows.
